Typically, rent covers property use only. Management fees, utilities (water, electricity, gas), and internet are borne by the tenant. Some serviced apartments may include utilities.

How much is the deposit?

In Wuhan, it's common to pay 1 month's deposit and 3 months' rent upfront (1-on-3) or 2 months' deposit (2-on-1). Deposit is refundable at lease end if no damages occur.

How do you charge for services?

For tenants, we typically charge a one-time service fee, usually a percentage of one month's rent. This is communicated clearly beforehand.
